Downstairs
The Cottage opens onto a hallway with space to hang coats, leave shoes and muddy walking boots.
The sitting room is a very cosy wood floored room with an easy-to-use wood burner. During the colder months the fire will be lit for your arrival. The room benefits from a 43” smart TV, all WiFi based, a DVD player and extensive choice of DVD’s. A varied selection of board games, puzzles and books are available for those rainy days.
The bathroom is downstairs with a bath and shower over. There is a WC off bedroom one. The newly fitted kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, slim line dish washer, oven and ceramic hob. For those who enjoy cooking there is everything
required to cook an elaborate feast.
Upstairs
The accommodation comfortably sleeps four. Bedroom one is a spacious double with en-suite WC, hanging wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The second bedroom can either be a cosy king OR set as a twin room with two single beds overlooking the courtyard and garden.
Outside
Back down the stairs, and the kitchen opens out onto a courtyard patio.
Walk through brick shed housing a tumble dryer opening into a small lawned garden with furniture to seat four.
The Village
Whiteparish is a vibrant rural village with all essential amenities including a well-stocked village store and two excellent pubs serving wonderful food.
The village offers a good number of wonderful footpaths without the need to drive. An excellent bus service is available to Salisbury, Romsey and Southampton.
